Who ever really knows?
Never mind careful planning. Alongside the strategy and risk mitigation there is still the unknown.
As for spontaneous action: best be ready for the unexpected.
Still, a life truly lived implies risk-taking. The only surety: diversity of experience.
But there is a silver lining.
A life’s journey laced with risk is one buoyed by not experiencing the mother of all regrets: the regret of not having at least tried just the once.
